Flushing with the Flushing Attachment

w

Before  using  the  flushing  attachment,
remove  the  propeller.  Keep  yourself  and
others away from the propeller shaft.

1)

Fit the flushing attachment 

1

(option)

in  position  on  the  lower  casing,  with
rubber  cups  covering  the  cooling
water inlet.

2)

Connect  a  garden  hose  between  the
flushing  attachment  and  the  water
tap.

3)

Shift  into  “NEUTRAL”,  and  start  the
engine while supplying water.

4)

Run the engine at low speed for a few
minutes.
