ROTOR

NOTE:

With the engine mounted, the rotor can be
maintained by removing the following parts:

• Crankcase cover (Left).

1. Remove:

• Nut (Rotor)
• Plain washer

NOTE:

Hold the rotor to loosen the nut (Rotor) by the
Universal Rotor Holder

2. Remove:

• Rotor
• Woodruff key

3. Disconnect:

• Neutral switch lead

4. Remove:

• Stator

REED VALVE

NOTE:

With the engine mounted, the reed valve can
be maintained by removing the following parts:

• Side covers (Right and Left)
• Seat
• Radiator cover
• Oil tank cover
• Fuel tank
• Carburetor
