REMOVAL

NOTE:

The following parts can be cleaned and ins-
pected without disassembly

• Throttle valve
• Starter plunger
• Throttle stop screw

1. Remove:

• Side cover (Left and Right)

• Seat
• Radiator cover

2. Turn the fuel cock to “OFF” position.
3. Disconnect:

• Fuel hose

(from carburetor side)

4. Remove:

• Fuel tank

WARNING

Gasoline is highly flammable. Avoid spilling
fuel over the engine when it’s hot

5. Disconnect:

• Reservoir tank (Rear brake)

• Y.E.I.S. system
