REMOVING THE ENGINE

PETROL TANK

Remove:
• Seat
• Grip strap
• Side covers (left

/ right)

Remove the fuel tank cap

Remove the bolts of the fuel tank

and

and of its cover

Lift up the cover of the fuel tank as shown
in the drawing and remove the tray and the
fuel overflow pipe from its original posi-
tion.

NOTE:

Do not remove the lower part of the overflow
pipe from its original position

Locate the fuel tap in the closed position
(OFF) and take the lever out of this.

Provisionally lift up the fuel tank and its
cover, disconnect the fuel pipe and remo-
ve the tank and the cover.
