Disconnect:
• Clutch cable

First disconnect the cable of the crank-
case side and then the end at the hand-
lebar lever

REMOVING THE ENGINE

Remove:
• Front engine mounting screw

• Rear lower engine mounting screw

• Rear upper engine mounting screw

• Engine assembly

OIL PUMP

Remove:
• Oil pump cover
• Oil pump assembly

WATER PUMP COVER

Remove:
• Water pump cover

• Water pump cover gasket

RIGHT CRANKCASE COVER, OIL PUMP
SHAFT AND WATER PUMP SHAFT

Remove:
• Right-hand oil pump cover
