PIR Motion Detector LED flashes
• Batteries are low or the tamper switch is disturbed. Check
your app for device battery status. Change them if they are
running low. Check that the tamper switch spring is making
contact with base (See page 15).
PIR Motion Detector does not respond to
movement
• Batteries are completely exhausted. Check your app for
device battery status. Change the batteries (see page 15)
PIR Image Camera & PIR Video
Camera
LED flashes every 20 minutes
• Device out of range of the Smart Hub.
* If a PIR Image Camera or PIR Video camera is not learnt
into the system or within range of the Smart Hub, battery
life will be greatly affected while it searches for a connection.
