CENTRAL
HEATING STOVE with FIREPLACE
AND
ITS SPARE PARTS
2.1
Central
Heating Stove
must
be
placed in the house because
it
also provides
convection
from
its
surrounding.
It
can
also be installed
in
a room or
in the kitchen having good draft. It is compulsory
to
use open
expansion
boiler.
2.2
Central
Heating Stove
can not be installed in the bedroom or outside of the house.
2.3
Chimney must be cleaned well before applying
stove
pipes.
2.4
Attention must
be
paid
so that the
pipes of the
stove
get
linked
to
each other
in good
order and
one
within the
other.
2.5
Bad
quality of the chimney draft affects the output of the stove and at the
same time, it
can
also
cause
harmful
results for the health.
2.6
Central heating
installation must be done by
the
authorized
installer by taking installation's connection
diagram into
consideration.
2.7
Draft of
the
chimney must be well
and
powerful. This particularity
can be tested
by approximating the
flame
to
the
chimney and
it
can
also be done
with
a
piece of paper.
In this
case,
piece of
paper
is
pressed to
the
opening of the chimney and is the piece of paper remains suspended,
it means that
the
draft of the chimney is good.
2.8
In
order to
prevent
the
backfire of
the
chimney, "chimney
cap"
which
turns
with the wind
must
be
applied
on the exit
of
the
chimney.
2.9
Gas
warning detector must be applied in the place where Central Heating Stove takes place.
2.10
Installation must be done
by being
in compliance with the connection diagram taking place in Figure-2.
2.11
For the circumstances when
it
is required to dismantle Central
Heating Stove, its connection must
be done
to
the
installation
with
"conic pipe couplings".
2.12 Steam exit taking
place
on the
expansion
tank must
be extended
to
restroom-bathroom
or
to
ventilation
medium.
2.13
Main line pipes of the installation must be R1" (one finger). Horizontal pipes for the final cores are
selected
as R 3/4".
2.14 Very good
heat
insulation must be done for
the
pipes passing
from
the
concrete
floor. Otherwise,
adequate heat
can not be obtained
from
the
cores.
2.15 One
or
two pipe bend(s) 2 meters of
pipe is ideal.
2.16
A strong stove tray, capable of carrying the weight and heat resistant for Central Heating Stove, must
be placed under. Distance of Central
Heating Stove from the wall must be 40
cm.
2.17
Air supply is
automatically done
with
chain driven thermostatic regulator.
2.18 Chimney of
the device
can not be
used together
with another device.
Chimney
type is
independent
and
it is not suitable for collective usage.
2.19
Ash
taking
place in the top cleaning lid (Figure
-
1/11) must be controlled
once
in
a
month. If needed,
it must be cleaned with the rake.
2.20
Mounting
of Central Heating Stove to its place is
as explained below.
2.21
In
models having chain driven
thermostatic
regulator (Figure
-
2/6), adjustment of
the heat
is done
with the numeric
values taking place
on it.
2.22 Elimination of extreme heat: if electricity cut off
occurs,
by-pass valve (Figure 4/4) must be
opened.
In models having chain driven thermostatic regulator, bottom air-inlet duct will be closed and burning
will be decreased.

This device
must
