Symptom

The treatment temperature is too high
(except when using the device
in COOL Mode).
You are using the device without moving the electrode head.
Except when in COOL Mode, be sure to move the electrode head over your skin during the treatment.
The speed may be too slow. Move the device a little quicker.
I cannot feel any warmth.
The device is in standby or Auto-off status (page 11). Press the mode button to start the mode of your choice (page 16).
The skin lacks moisture. Moisturize your skin with lotion before use.
You are moving the device too quickly. Move the device a little slower.
The EMS feels weak
(or you cannot feel it)
Raise the level by pressing the Power/Level button.
The skin lacks moisture. Moisturize your skin with lotion before use.
You are not applying the device along muscles. Apply the electrode head along muscles (page 23).
