Hold down for about
3 seconds
Attention
Do not use the following cosmetics.

Oil
・
Scrub
・
Stimulating skin lotions
・
Body soap
・
Lotion with warming effects/massage gel
・
Lotion with fat-burning ingredients/massage gel
Attention
・
When using the device, remove the AC adaptor.
The device cannot be used during its charge.
Turn on the device
Hold down POWER/MODE button (approx. 3 seconds).
You will hear a beep and the mode lamp ( ) and Level 1
lamp will light up (page 9).
Adequately moisten your skin with
water, lotion, or gel.
If the skin is dry, you may not feel the treatment or its
effect, or it may also cause skin problems.
*When using the device in the bathroom or shower,
soak in the bath or fully moisten your skin.
