Symptom
Possible Causes and Solutions
Charging is insufficient. Charge the device for approx. 3 hours.
The auto-off timer was activated (page 10).
Run out of power. Charge the battery (page 12).
Does not turn on
The device shuts off

few minutes even after charging)
Press the POWER/MODE button for approx. 3 seconds.
If you perceive any abnormality while using the device, verify the following points before arranging to have the device repaired.
Additional Information
It is charging. Remove the AC adaptor.
Insert the AC adaptor into the charging terminal of the device and outlet firmly to its end.
Charging has been completed. When charging is completed, the mode lamps ( / ) will turn off.
Unable to charge or charging
lamp is not flashing
The electrode has become warm due to the vibration of ultrasonic waves.
If the device is too hot, turn off the switch. In approx. 10 minutes, turn on the switch again.
Ultrasonic wave electrode is hot
Ultrasonic waves (cavitation) generate very little vibration, so you do not feel them.
(Ultrasonic waves will not be generated for the Face mode.)

It is the sound of the vibration of ultrasonic waves. There is no problem.
