9. MAINTENANCE, SERVICE AND CUSTOMER
REPAIR
The Jabsco NEMP range of pump units is designed
to require minimal amounts maintenance. However it
is recommended as good practise to:
• Check all hose connections are not loose and
keep the inlet filter clean once a week
• Check the electrical connectors and cables are in
good condition once a month
Winterization – Ensure pump and system is
thoroughly drained for winterization to prevent
freezing ice damage from occurring to pump and
system.

10. CUSTOMER SUPPORT
If any pump units for any reason need to be returned,
please ensure the pump unit has been fully drained
before returning
Returns procedure
Prior to returning any product to Jabsco, call customer
service for an authorization number. This number must
be written on the outside of the shipping package. Place
a note inside the package with an explanation regarding
the reason for return, the authorization number. Include
your company’s name, address and phone number.
Warranty
Warranty for defects of manufacture is limited 2 years for
non-wearing parts
Damage caused by:
Dry run, solid particulates larger that specified in this
document, cavitation, tampering, over pressure, over
temperature, incorrect installation will not be recognised
as valid warranty.
