In addition to the items listed previously, the following tools and supplies will also be required to run and maintain your
X
ST 4WD Truggy RTR:
Each radio control system comes with a sticker on the transmitter and on the receiver showing which frequency the radio control system
operates on (either in the 27MHz, 40MHz or 75MHz band). No two radio systems can operate nearby each other if they are on
the same frequency. You can purchase transmitter and receiver crystals separately and change them if you plan on running your
X
ST
4WD Truggy RTR with other people.
27MHz and 75MHz

These frequencies are legal for use in Europe,
but can vary from country to country
Antenna:
Transmits the signal from the transmitter to the receiver. The antenna should be completely extended during use.
Auxiliary Charge Jack:
For onboard charging when using rechargeable batteries (not supplied).
Battery Cover:
This cover houses the 8 'AA' Alkaline batteries (not supplied) that power the transmitter.
Channel 3 Button:
Used to operate a third function, like switching to reverse function on a model that features reverse. The channel
3 button is not utilised with the
X
ST 4WD Truggy RTR.
Crystal:
This is the frequency crystal of the transmitter. You can change crystals in both the transmitter and the receiver so that you
and your friends can drive at the same time. No two radio control systems nearby can be operated on the same frequency.
Digital Function Buttons:
Used to adjust steering and throttle trim, function changes, EPA, dual rates and servo reversing.
lCD Display:
Displays all menu screens for function updates, power level indicator, etc.
On/OFF Switch:
Turns the transmitter on and off. A red L.E.D. indicates that the transmitter is turned on. Voltage is displayed on the
LCD display.
Steering Wheel:
Controls your
X
ST 4WD Truggy RTR’s steering. Turn the wheel to the right and the
X
ST 4WD Truggy RTR turns
right. Turn the wheel to the left and the
X
ST 4WD Truggy RTR turns left.
Throttle/Brake Trigger:
Controls the speed and braking ability of your
X
ST 4WD Truggy RTR. Pull the trigger to accelerate, release
the trigger to decelerate, and push the trigger to brake.

note: The Cirrus 3CFM radio is not available on 75MHz.
