Double click advanced icon in the main window, the interface is shown as below. See Figure 

5-25. There are total eight function keys: HDD management, alarm output, abnormity, manual

5.5.1  HDD Management

Here is for you to view and implement CF card management. See Figure 5-26. 

You can see current CF card type, status, capacity and record time. When CF card is working 

properly, system is shown as O. When CF card error occurred, system is shown as X. 

You can select CF card mode from the dropdown list such as read-only or you can erase all data 

in the CF card. 

Please note system needs to reboot to get all the modification activated. 

Usually we recommend you need to format the CF card before you change its  property.
