Entering a Destination

Navigating with Xplova G5

Select a start point using one of the following methods:

•

Address

: allows you to choose a street address as your

starting point.

•

Favourites

: allows you to select a starting point from your list

of favourites.

•

Prev. Destinations

: allows you to choose a starting point from

past destinations.

•

Home

: sets home as the starting point.

•

Points of Interest

: allows you to choose a point of interest as a

starting point.

•

Geocoordinates

: allows you to select a starting point using

latitude and longitude.

•

Location

: allows you to select a starting point by clicking on a

location on the Map Display.

From any of the above choices click

Apply

. The Xplova G5 saves

the position as the start point and prompts you to enter a destina-
tion. Options include:

•

Address

: allows you to choose a street address as your

destination. See “Entering an Address as a Destination” on
page 65.

•

Favourites

: allows you to select a destination from your list of

favourites. See “Selecting a Favourite as a Destination” on
page 64.

•

Prev. Destinations

: allows you to choose a destination that

you have set previously. See “Selecting a Destination using
Previous Destinations” on page 66.
