Entering a Destination 65
Entering an Address as a Destination
To select a destination via address:
1. In map mode, click Destination . the Enter Destination screen
opens.
2. Click Address . The Address entry screen appears.
3.
Begin typing the name of the city into the city/zip field. A list of
cities with matching names appears.
4. Select the city name and click Next . Begin typing the street name
into the
Str.
field. A list of streets with matching names appears.
Note:At any time you can click
Map
and choose a location using
the map display. The map will display the city or street you
have entered.
5. Click Calculate . The route options wizard begins. See “Setting
Route Options” on page 69 for details.
Entering a Coordinate as a Destination
To select a destination via geocoordinates:
1. In map mode, click Destination . The Enter Destination screen
opens.

Geocoordinate
. The geo-
coordinate screen opens.
