] to enter DST submenu.

Note: The hour, minute, second will be calibrated automatically when the
Xplova E7 gets the GPS signal.
12. UNIT Menu
The UNIT menu allows you to select the default unit of measurement to use
when displaying and calculating your exercises.

3. Short press [DATA2] to enter the list of UNIT options.
4. Short press
[DATA1] to select M:KM:KG °C (Metric) or FT:MI:LB °F
(English) system.
5. Short press [Return] to confirm the selection and return to the previous
screen.
6. Short press [Return] to return to the main display screen.
