9. USER Menu
The USER menu allows you to edit information about yourself.
1. Long press [DATA1] to bring up the menu.
2. Short press
[DATA1] repeatedly to scroll to 9. USER Menu.
3. Short press [DATA2] to enter the list of USER options.
4. Short press
[DATA1] repeatedly to scroll through the options: SEX,
BIRTH YR (Birth Year), WEIGHT, and HEIGHT.
To select Sex: Short press [DATA1] repeatedly to scroll to SEX option.
5. Short press
[DATA2] to enter SEX submenu.
6. Short press
[DATA1] repeatedly to select MALE or FEMALE.
7. Short press
[Return] to confirm the setting and return to the previous
screen.
To setup Birth Year:

[DATA1] repeatedly to scroll to BIRTH YR option.
9. Short press
[DATA2] to enter BIRTH YR submenu.
10.Short press
[DATA1] repeatedly to adjust the value.
11.Short press [DATA2] to move to another field digit.
12.Short press
[Return] to confirm the setting and return to the previous
