VIP participants

Participants’ phone numbers, or SIP URLs, which can join the
conference without conference codes.
The user can choose the following video qualities:

Normal: CIF (352X288)
•
High: VGA (640x480)
•
HD: (1280x720)
Conference Roles
A conference participant may be defined as a leader or a regular participant. The conference will be started
only if the leader joins the conference.
The leader can login to the MCU Web interface with the conference number as the username and the
conference leader PIN as the password, and manage the conference through the leader dashboard.
Content Sharing
SIP clients may originate content sharing at any time during a conference session. In this case the
conference layout is modified to one large image, which contains the content.
When the presentation is finalized, the system returns to the original layout.
Note: Currently, content sharing works only with AVer Room system. To start the content sharing, the user
should press the
Present
button on AVer’s remote control or share his screen using AVerScreenShare soft-
ware.
