Lay the empty cart on it’s back. Use the cardboard packaging as a working surface to prevent
scratching. Using (16) M6x12 bolts (4 per caster) attach the caster to each of the corners of the
base as shown.
The locking casters must be installed on the right hand side - the non-locking casters must be
installed on the left.
Remove the (2) handle assemblies from the bag. Remove the M6x60 bolts and use them to attach
one handle to the lid and the other handle to the door as shown.
