TOOLS REQUIRED:
(2) 7/16 wrenches or sockets
(1) 1 Pair of pliers
1 person assembly

· Always proceed slowly.
· Be sure wheels roll freely and turn easily.
· Balance all loads in center of basket.
· Maximum load capacity 40 pounds.
Place base upside down as pictured, with the handle on
the right and the side with the tabs on the left. Place gray
raceway cover onto stem of gray 5” casters and insert
into hole on left side of leg. While holding raceway cover
up against caster, line up holes in leg with holes in caster
and secure with bolts and nuts, with nuts facing inwards.
Repeat for other caster.
On right side, slide a washer onto rear horizontal axle,
then large wheel with 3-spoked side facing outwards,
followed by other washer. Secure by inserting cotter pin
through end of axle. With pliers, bend ends of pin apart
from one another. Repeat for other wheels.
