Under the NFPA 96 these ovens should be considered bakery type ovens. In the rare event fire
protection has been required it is recommended that the fire protection be installed as noted
below. This will provide the required protection without affecting oven function or cleaning.

Fire Suppression plumbing may be installed as required by local code. Right & Left Hand shown.
Install if/as required by code. These drawings represent placement of a typical piping style.
Clearance dimensions are recommended minimums to accommodate most installation
