General Troubleshooting

IOT Sensor Testing Procedures

Procedures for testing each IOT sensor using Service Diagnostics.

Exit Sensor

Warning

Allow the Fuser to cool down before starting the procedure.

1. Enter Service Diagnostics (page 4-4).

2. Open the Front Cover.

3. Perform the Exit Sensor test:

Sensor Test

Exit Sensor

4. Move the Sensor up and down and check the information on the Control Panel

display. The Low and High values change from 0 up 99.
