Error Messages and Codes

Check Manual Feed

The Manual Feed No Paper Sensor did not detect media when expected. This
troubleshooting procedure applies to this error.

Applicable Error

Chk Manual Feed Remove Paper

Initial Actions

•

Check the condition of the Manual Feed No Paper Sensor actuator.

•

Check the media path for obstructions.

•

Cycle printer power.

•

If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.

Check No Paper Sensor operation.
Does the voltage between ground
<=>J23-11 on the MCU Board
change when the actuator blocks
the sensor?
