8.1 About Originals
Documents of different sizes cannot be loaded into the automatic document
feeder at the same time.
8.1.4 Cautions on placing a document on the document glass
When placing a document on the document glass, pay attention to the fol-
lowing caution.
* The maximum size of the document that can be placed on the document
glass is as follows:
297mm or 11.69"
431.8mm or 17"
If you perform the copy operation with the document cover open, do not
look at the scanner light.
When copying a thick document ,do not press the document by force or the
document may jam.
