User Guide
The print driver retains 10 names. When adding an 11th name, the name used least is deleted
automatically from the list. To remove names from the list other than the selected name, select
Clear List
.

To make the saved job available for you only, select
Private
. For Macintosh, to specify a private
print job, enter a passcode.

Type, then retype a passcode.

Click
OK
.
Note:
The printer holds the print job until you enter the passcode at the control panel.

Select other desired printing options and click
OK
.

Select the desired settings, then click
.

At the control panel, to select Walk-Up Features, press
OK
.

Use the arrows to navigate to the corresponding job type folder, then press
OK
.
12.
Navigate to your user name, then press
OK
.
13.
To enter your passcode, use the arrow buttons, then press
OK
.
14.
To select your print job, navigate to the corresponding job name, then press
OK
.
15.
Select an option.

To print and store the job on the printer, select Print and Save, then press
OK
. To specify the
number of copies, use the arrow buttons, then press
OK
.

To delete the jobs without printing, navigate to Delete, then press
OK
.
Print With
Print With allows you to print stored private and public saved jobs with the current print job. For
example, print a cover letter with a set of saved documents such as brochures or price lists.
Note:
This job type is only available on printers that are connected to a network with bi-directional
communication enabled.
