User Guide

Ink or Debris is on the Page

Probable Causes

Solutions

The paper release blade is dirty.

Clean the paper release blade.

The job is set to print 2-sided manually on pre-printed

paper but the paper type is not set to 2nd Side.

•

To print on pre-printed paper, in the print driver or at

the control panel, select 2nd Side as the paper type.

•

To clean ink smears, at the control panel, use the

Remove Print Smears procedure.
