Random Light Stripes are on the Page
Probable Causes
Solutions
One of the printhead ink jets is malfunctioning.
•
At the control panel, run the Eliminate Light Stripes
procedure.
•
To substitute an alternate jet for the malfunctioning
jet, use Jet Substitution Mode.

Probable Causes
Solutions
The print-quality mode specified is incorrect for the print
job.
In the print driver, select the correct print-quality mode
for your print job.
The paper type that is set in the print driver or at the
printer control panel is incorrect.
If the paper you loaded is not plain, set the correct paper
type and size at the control panel and in your print driver.
Unsupported or incorrect paper.
Use only Xerox approved paper.
