7. For Existing Content Management , click Add new contacts to the existing Device Address Book

Replace existing Device Address Book with the new contacts

Exporting Contacts from the Address Book Using Xerox

1. At your computer, open a Web browser, and in the address field, type the IP address of the printer,
then press
Enter

Return

Address Book
.
3. From the drop-down menu, click
Export
.
4. For
Delimiter
, from the drop-down menu, select the delimiter required.
5. For
Export in Legacy Mode
, to display name and email information only, select the check box.
6. Click
Export
, then save the file to the location required.
The address book information is exported to a .csv file.
