System Settings > Scan
Service Settings

NOTE

Scan Service Settings is an optional feature and may not be available on your
machine. For more information, contact the Xerox Customer Support Center.

Use Scan Service Settings to configure settings related to the Scan feature, including
the following features:

Original Size Defaults

Use this feature to set defaults that are displayed on Layout Adjustment
> Original Size.

Output Size Defaults

Use this feature to set defaults that are displayed on the Layout Adjustment
> Reduce/Enlarge.

Preset Buttons

Use this feature to set the values for the Reduce/Enlarge, Image Shift, and Edge Erase
preset buttons on the User Interface.

Reduce/Enlarge Presets

Use this feature to set up to 12 default reduction or enlargement ratios that are
displayed on the Copy tab of the User Interface.

Other Settings

Use this feature to review and edit a variety of common settings for the machine, such
as maximum stored pages, background suppression, and more.

Original Size Defaults

Set the original sizes for users who scan non-standard size originals. Defaults set here
are displayed in Layout Adjustment > Original Size.
