Using the Printer on a Network

Click the Details tab for Windows 98/Me.
Click the Ports tab for Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP.

Click Add Port .

Click Other and select Xerox Network Printer Port . Click
OK for Windows 98/Me.
Select Xerox Network Printer Port and click New Port
for Windows NT 4.0/2000/XP.

To search through all of the network interface cards
connected to the network, select
Auto Detection on
network and click Next .
You can find the printer by entering the IP Address.

If you selected Auto Detection on the network , the
system detects all of the Phaser 3150 printers connected to
the network, and displays a list. Select the printer you want
to use, then click
Next .

Type a port name to identify the new printer and click
Finish .

The selected port displays on the print port list. Click OK or
Close .
Now you can print documents using the printer on the
network.
