The Backrest can be adjusted into 7 positions for convenient use. (1 decline, 1 flat & 5 incline positions).

Please ensure that the Backrest Adjustment Bar (7) is positioned UNDER the Backrest Supports

and is secured into place in any one of the 6 adjustement brackets in the Main Frame (1) apart from

the Decline position which simply rests on the frame before use.
