Service information 

In case you send our products to be checked or maintained, please follow the following steps: 

 

If possible use the original wrapping material used at the delivery. If necessary use more 
wrapping material which ensures the safe delivery. 

 

Attach a detailed error list to the suit. 

 

Send the copy of the invoice showing the date of buying and the serial number. 

 

Please wrap the product as a fragile one. Damage caused during the delivery is the sender’s 
responsibility.
