Step 14

: After the “D” formed electrode is connected to the wire with the snap fastener, place the 

connected electrode over the stitching which defines the shape of the electrode and attach it to its 
place with the Velcro attachment interface.  

 

Step 15

: Complete the installation of the “D” Formed electrode and repeat these steps 13-15 for each 

of the “D” formed and the “Square” formed electrodes.
