8-24   –   Troubleshooting

You can fax questions to XANTÉ’s Technical Support at 251-473-6503 or email
questions via www.xante.com/fm_tech.html. When faxing questions, include your
name, your company name, and the troubleshooting information listed earlier in this
section. Indicate whether you wish the response to be faxed or emailed and include
the appropriate number or address. When emailing questions, be sure to complete all
of the required fields (bold faced) on the questionnaire (fig. 8.25).
