Windlasses used incorrectly could cause harm to equipment or crew
Windlasses should be used with care and treated with respect
Lewmar windlasses are designed and supplied for anchor control in marine applications and are not to be
used in conjunction with any other use.
It is the unaboidable responsibility of the owner or master or other responsible part to assess the risk of
any operation on the vessel.
6.6.2 Anchor Windlass (Optional on 255DC)
A 50Amp breaker is installed at the factory for the anchor windlass which is located on the starboard aft battery
bulkhead. If you exper

been tripped if so reset the breaker by pushing the breaker arm back up into position. If you choose to add a windlass
to your boat contact your dealer for information on selecting a breaker to protect the windlass wiring.

World Cat supplies the original batteries onboard your vessel we use Group 27 batteries. In the even of a failure,
replacements must be of equal size and specifications (see below):
