17. TROUBLESHOOT
• Choose this op on to restore the system to its Factory defaults. All of the applied updates will be
removed.
• A stable power supply has to be maintained during the Factory Default!
17.3 Black screen
When the WIRIS resolu on is changed, the WIRIS reboots and starts with the new one. If you see only a
black screen, it is possible that your monitor does not support this new resolu on. For restoring the default
1024x600px resolu on, press and hold the on/off bu on for at least 10 seconds. A er that, WIRIS will reboot to
its default resolu on. Please, check your monitor’s supported resolu ons before changing the WIRIS resolu on.
17.4 Remote control
When selec ng the TRIGGER mode for a digital input, make sure that the selected input is not connected to your
remote controller with PWM output. Otherwise, the TRIGGER input will not behave as expected.
17.5 System Update
