Troubleshoot
17.1 Turning ON
When the SAFETIS is powered up and it does not start, please check you power supply. A stable power supply is
essential for correct SAFETIS behaviour.
17.2 Connection error
When you can not connect to the SAFETIS via web‐browser, check that you have typed in correct IP address. In
the case that you do not know the IP address of the SAFETIS, you can press and hold the RESET button for more
than 5 seconds to reset the SAFETIS IP address to default 10.0.XX.YY, where XX.YY are first two and second two
numbers of the serial number of the SAFETIS camera (For example camera with serial number 1001 has default
IP address 10.0.10.01). The Status LED starts to blink orange and the SAFETIS will reboot with the default IP
address.
17.3 Factory Default
If you want to reset the SAFETIS to the Factory default state, press and hold the RESET button for more than 30
seconds. Note: All of your saved data, settings and Firmware updates will be erased.
