PETROL SAFETY WARNINGS
: Use extra care in handling fuels. They are
inflammable and the vapours are explosive. The following
points must be observed.
▪ Use only an approved container.
▪ Never remove the fuel cap or add fuel with the power source
running. Allow engine exhaust components to cool before
refueling.
▪ Do not smoke.
▪ Never refuel the machine indoors.
▪ Never store the machine or fuel containers inside where
there is an open flame, such as a water heater.
▪ If fuel is spilled, do not attempt to start the power source,
but move the machine away from the area of spillage
before starting.
▪ Always replace and securely tighten the fuel cap after
refueling.
▪ If the tank is drained, this should be done outdoors.
UNPACKING (see fig 2)
Packaging materials are not toys! Children must not play with plastic bags! There is a danger of suffocation!
▪ Remove all packaging materials.
▪ Remove remaining packaging and packing inserts (if included).
▪ Check that the package contents are complete.
▪ Check the appliance, the power cord, the power plug and all accessories for transportation damage.
▪ Keep the packaging materials as far as possible until the end of the warranty period. Then take it to your local waste disposal
system.
1. Using the 5mm hex key supplied to unscrew the hex bolts on the four bracket corners.
2. Using the spanner supplied to disamble the bolts showed in red circle line of pic.2.
3. Pick out cultivator and all others, please check all items according below lists, if soething missing, please contact your local
dealer.

ASSEMBLY
Assemble transportation wheels (see fig.3)
The cultivator supplier a two maintenance-free wheels for
transportation.
Caution: when assembly left and right wheels, please pay more
attention to the directions.
Assembly left wheels
Using the M10x25mm bolts and
Ø10mm washer to assemble
the left wheel bracket to the left wheel. See action 1 in fig 3.
Assembly right wheels
Using the M10x25mm bolts and
Ø10mm washer to assemble
the right wheel bracket to the right wheel. See action 2 in fig 3.
Mountign left and right wheels to the cultivator
Align the wheel bracket column with the shaft and insert.
Align the holes between column and shaft, then insert the
Ø8x40mm locking pin, then secured with a Ø2mm R type clip.
See action 3.
Assemble connection bracket and Depth regulator (see
fig. 4)
1. Put the connection brackt on the U type steel block and
align the holes each other.
2. Insert the plug shaft into the hole from top.
3. Using a
Ø3.5mm R type clip to secure the plug shaft on it.
4. Put the depth regulator throght the end slot of the
connetion bracket, and plug a
Ø8mm shaft pin the aligned
holes as the height you wish. Then use a
Ø2mm R type
clip to secure the shaft pin on the place.
Assemble operation handle bracket (see fig. 5)
1. Put the operation handle on the caltivator and align their
holes.
2. Successively put the location block,
Ø14mm spring washer
on it, and the locking handle on the operation handle. And
then fasten it.
Assemble the shift bar (see fig. 6)
1. Align the shift bar and shift lever on the caltivator, then
insert together.
2. Align the holes between the two parts.
3. Insert the shaft pin and secured with a R type clip.
Assemble Front wheel (see fig. 7)
1. Put the front wheel on the cultivator front bracket.
2. Align the holes between the two parts.
3. Insert the shaft(a) with the flat waher(b) through the
holes
4. Secured the shaft with R type clip(d).
5. Hook the spring between two shafts, So the front
wheel can be adjusted to placed in three slots as you
wish. Just pull it and release it.
Assemble left and right Fender (see fig.8)
1. Put the anti-vibration rubber bushings (a) and
washers(b) into the wholes of the fenders.
2. Using the M6X20mm bolts(c) and M6 flage nut(d) to
mounting the fenders onto the cultivator according the
pic showed in fig 8.
3. Put the rear fender bracket (f) on the bottom of fender
as showed in pic 8.
4. Using the M6x12mm bolt(e) and M6 nut(9) to lock and
secure them together.
Assemble blades (see fig.9)
