Replacement of Parts

5.2

Fan Assembly

Power OFF the appliance.

Undo lower pipe union on gas pipe (1.).

Remove fan lead and earth connector (2.). The earth
connector has a positive clip fixing.

Remove fixing screws attaching fan to the burner
cover (3.).

Remove three fan fixing screws.

Remove fan together with gas pipe and mixer unit.

Separate the fan from the pipe and mixer unit by
twisting the mixer unit to release it (4.).

Primary Heat exchanger/Burner

Power OFF the appliance.

Remove spring cotters from two front cover fixing
assemblies.

Unscrew the two front fixing assemblies.

Slacken fully the rear securing bolt (4).

Undo the fan fixing screws.

Remove the burner coverplate.

Remove burner and seal.
