When the switch is depressed, the machine is engaged.
When the switch is released, the machine is disengaged.
When the switch is depressed, the machine is engaged.
When the locking button is depressed, the motor runs con-
tinuously.
In order to disengage the locking button, press the switch
again, thus releasing the locking button. The switch is dis-
engaged and the motor stops.
In additional the On / Off switch has a knob for the vari-
able speed.

Attention:
Always pull the power supply plug before chang-
ing the sawband.
Installing the Band:
• Remove wheel cover (4 screws M4x8)
• Turn the tension lever to the top
• Remove the saw belt from both sawband guides
• Release the saw belt from both band wheels and remove
it
• Clean the saw belt thoroughly with a clean cloth

• Clean the saw belt thoroughly with a clean cloth
• Re-insert the saw belt in both saw belt guides
• Put the saw belt over both band wheels
• Turn the tension lever to the bottom
• Refit the guard (4 bolts M4 x 8)
• Put the electric plug into the socket again. Let the ma-
chine run for a few seconds, in order to be sure that the
saw belt runs smoothly.
Maintenance
Cleaning:
Regularly clean the work surface with dry brush
or clean cloth. Wipe any oil or debris off saw band. Always
keep the motor area clean of debris.
Motor lubrication:
No lubrication is required. All of the
bearings in this tool are lubricated with a sufficient amount
of high grade lubricant for the life of the machine under
normal operating conditions.
Power cord:
Inspect the power cord periodically and, if
damaged, have it repaired by an authorized technician.
Replacement parts:
Replace saw bands at the first sign of
slippage or dulling. When servicing, use only original re-
placement parts. Use of any other parts will void the war-
ranty.
Storage:
When the tool is out of use for a long period of
time, remove the saw band.
