Drive Belt Adjustment
WARNING!
Do not for any reason adjust the drive belts
with the motor running. Doing so may result in serious
injury.
See Table 3-2.
Check the drive belt tension after the first 20 hours, and every 50 hours
thereafter. See the table below for drive belt tension specifications for your sawmill.
To adjust the drive belt tension:
1.
Raise the blade housing cover.

Loosen the four mounting bolts in the motor mount plate (See the figure below).
3.
Loosen one of the adjustment nuts and using the other one adjust the drive belt(s) ten-
sion according to the specifications given in Table 3-2.
