Fasten the upper leg to the base of the sharpener using two carriage bolts and wing nuts.
See Fig. 3-2.

a.

Place the top of the upper leg against the inside of the pan weldment.

b.

Align the holes at the top of the upper leg with the holes in the pan weldment.

c.

Insert a carriage bolt from the outside of the pan weldment, through each of the

aligned holes.
