4.5 Operation with suction
To clean the floor use a industrial cylinder vacuum cleaner.
► Check condition of dust bag and replace if full or split
► Switch on the suction with the switch at the bottom of
the unit.
Attention!
For dry use only! Do not use the vacuum
cleaner on wet floors.
► Dusts from materials such as lead-containing coatings,
some wood types, minerals and metal can be harmful
to one’s health. Touching or inhaling the dusts can
cause allergic reactions and/or lead to respiratory
infections of the user or bystanders.
Certain dusts, such as oak or beech dust, are consi-
de red carcinogenic, especially in connection with
wood-treatment additives (chromate, wood preservati-
ve). Materials containing asbestos may only be worked
on by specialists.
– Use dust extraction whenever possible.
– Provide for good ventilation of the work area.
– The use of a P2 filter class respirator is recommended.
Observe the relevant regulations in your country for the
materials to be worked.
The vacuum cleaner must be approved for the extrac-
tion of masonry dust. WOLFF provides:
Cleaner VACUCLEAN #21014
Insert the suction hose of the vacuum cleaner in
the adapter (18) of the machine.
5.0 Ending the work
►
After completing the work, the drive plate or tool
plate must be removed. When you leave the
machine, always unplug the power plug from the
socket. Never leave the drive plate or brush on
the machine after finishing work!
6.0 Transport
To tip the handle for transport, remove the locking pin (5).
When carrying, use the handles provided at the front and
rear of the machine.
7.0 Maintenance
7.1 Maintenance and Cleaning
► Before any work on the machine itself, pull the
mains plug.
► For safe and proper working, always keep the ma-
chine and ventilation slots clean.
The machine must then be sent to an after-sales Ser-
vice agent. Addresses are listed in the Section “After-
sales service and customer assistance”.
If the machine should fail despite the care taken in
manufacturing and testing procedures, repair should
be carried out by an after-sales service centre for
WOLFF power tools.
In all correspondence and spare parts orders, please
always include the machine number specified on the
type plate of the machine.
7.2 Spare parts
Spare parts can be found on the internet at:

8.0 Trouble shooting
Functioning of the electronic speed control:
By turning the control, the target speed can be set from
100 to 400 rpm. When under extreme load, e.g. when
using abrasive gauze on cork with additional weight, the
machine reduces its speed automatically.
