3.0 Maintenance
3.1 Mounting the additional weight Fig. A
Always lock the additional weight with the screw nuts. (10)
Use only the genuine Wolff weight. Do not use any other
weights! This may overstress the machine
3.2 Mounting suction ring Fig. B
► Lay the machine down on rubber buffer
► Insert safetyring
► Mount at once a disc to fix the suction ring
3.3 Assembly of the grinding discs Fig. B
Lay the machine down on the handle. Thus the support
of the discs is accessible. Put the mounting disc on the
actuation and lock it by turning anti-clockwise. The brushes
are placed in the same way in the middle. By turning coun-
terclockwise they are fixed.
3.4 Mounting cleaning tank Fig. E
Assemble the cleaning tank with 2 supports to the handle.
insert cleaning tank into the lower support
► Insert cleaning tank down into the holder
► turn cleaning tank at the top against the handle and
engage the both fixing pins.
Assembly is made easier by folding the handle backwards.
Connect the chain (1) on top of the tank with lever (2).
Connect the tube (3) of the tank with the opening on the
left side of the machine. By pulling lever (2), detergent
liquid pours onto the cleaning discs or brushes.
3.5 Suspension adjustment Fig. D
If the transportation wheels are lowered to the floor, the
machine is stabilised and easier to control.

Lifting and lowering of the handle is no more
necessary.

The machine has to be in a levelled position.
The wheels have to be fixed accordingly.
By loosening the release handle (5), the wheels can be put
in upper and lowered position.
