Service Information
When requesting information, literature, replacement parts
or service, always refer to the model and serial number of
your Wolf outdoor product. This information is found on
the product rating plate. For the outdoor grill, the rating
plate is located above the drip tray, behind the logo. The
drip tray must be removed to view the rating plate. For the
burner module and side burner, the rating plate is located
under the bullnose on the right side. For location of the
rating plate, refer to the illustrations on pages 6–7. Record
the rating plate information below for future reference.
BEFORE CALLING FOR SERVICE
Before calling a Wolf authorized service center, refer to the
troubleshooting guide on page 18.
PRODUCT REGISTRATION
Register your new Wolf product today so that we may
ensure your satisfaction. You may register by one of the
