BACK COVER REMOVAL

To remove the back cover, first 

uninstall the unit

.

Remove the Back Cover

1

Use a T-20 Torx bit to remove the screws from the back
cover.

2

Use a T-20 Torx bit to remove the three rear screws from the
top cover.

3

Lift the back cover up.

4

Pull the lower back cover out from the unit, then pull the
back cover down.

5

Remove the back cover from the unit.

BACK COVER INSTALLATION

After installing the back cover, 

install the unit

.

Install the Back Cover

1

Place the upper lip of the back cover beneath the lip of the
top cover.

2

Push the back cover up, while placing the lip of the lower
back cover into the support.

3

Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the three rear screws into the
top cover.

4

Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the screws into the back cover.

EXTERNAL THERMAL CUTOUT (TCO) REMOVAL

  WARNING

Turn off the power to the product before starting this
procedure.

To remove the external TCO, first 

uninstall the unit

, then

remove:

Back cover

Remove the External Thermal Cutout (TCO)

1

Remove the wire connectors from the external TCO.

2

Use a T-20 Torx bit to remove the screw from the external
TCO.

3

Remove the external TCO from the unit.

EXTERNAL THERMAL CUTOUT (TCO) INSTALLATION

After installing the external TCO, install:

1

Back cover

Then 

install the unit

.

Install the External Thermal Cutout (TCO)

1

Place the external TCO onto the unit.

2

Use a T-20 Torx bit to install the screw into the external
TCO.

3

Install the wire connectors onto the external TCO.
