Care Recommendations

CLEANING

Ceramic bake stone

Remove excess food particles using a scraper. Allow bake stone to cool completely before wiping with
a wet cloth to avoid steam burns. Do not soak or immerse in water and do not use soap or detergent. The
ceramic stone could absorb and transmit those flavors to the food. Permanent stains will not impair the
flavor of the food.

Rack

Wipe to remove excess food particles.

Pizza peel

Wash with warm water and mild detergent.
