After selecting the cleaning mode, you will be asked again
to confirm that you wish to clean the machine. Press the
soft key to confirm your choice, or press to quit the
selection without carrying out cleaning.
On machines with a storage reservoir, any remaining coffee
will then be drained from the storage reservoir
automatically during cleaning.
A message will appear in the display asking you to open
the front panel and clean the grouts collector. After
cleaning it, replace the grouts collector in the machine and
close the front panel again.
Caution! Health hazard!
Do not put your hand into the brewer 14 . Danger of
crushing!
Remember that the brewer is hot. Do not touch it!
Burning hazard!
Before cleaning starts, you will now be asked to fit the
cleaning adapter underneath the spout.
Important! Health hazard!
Always
fit the protective panel provided (cleaning
adapter) over the spout before starting cleaning.
Never reach underneath the spouts while cleaning is
in progress.
There is a
danger of burning and scalding .
Press to confirm that you have fitted the housing in
place. The following display appears:
While the cleaning program is running, the display shows
the remaining cleaning time.
The duration of the cleaning program is approximately
10 minutes for machines without a storage reservoir and
25 minutes for machines with a storage reservoir.
