The device must have enough available storage space and battery power to
support camera applications. If you receive an error message when you start your
camera, try the following steps:
Charge the battery.
Transfer files to your computer or remove files from your device to free up
storage space.
Reboot the device.
If you still can't use your camera properly after you try these operations, contact
the manufacturer.
(IX) The battery runs out faster than when it was originally purchased
When the device or battery is exposed to extremely cold or extremely hot
temperatures, the actual available power may be less than under normal condition.
The battery is a consumable item, whose actual available power may be less than
before.
(X) Photo quality is not as good as preview image
The picture quality may vary depending on the surrounding environment and
personal photography techniques.
If you take a photo in a dark area, at night, or indoors, image noise may appear
and the image may not be in focus.
(XI) No connection can be established when the device is linked to the
computer
Make sure that the USB cable used is compatible with the device.
Make sure that the appropriate driver has been installed on your computer and
that the driver has been updated.
If you adopt Windows XP, make sure that Windows XP Service Pack 3 or the
latest version is installed on the computer.
(XII) The device cannot determine the current location
GPS signal may be blocked in certain locations, such as indoors. Set up your
device to use WLAN or mobile network to find your current location.
(XIII) Data stored in the device is lost
Please make sure to back up all important data stored in your device. Otherwise,
