Taking out of operation
On taking out of operation
(period >12 h) proceed as follows:
On the
PvDu
and
GB
versions, deactivate the inlet pressure monitoring by pressing the but-
tons on the alarm module.
Shut-off the pipe to the point of use and open the vent pipe.
Note!
The proportional mixing valve must not be set to 0 vol.-%.
Shut off the gas supply for the gas that is not used as the pilot gas.
Leave the gas safely flow away through the vent pipe and observe the inlet pressure gauge till
there is no pressure.
Shut off the gas supply for the pilot gas.
Leave the remaining pressure to safely flow away through the vent pipe and observe the inlet
pressure gauge till there is no pressure.
Caution!
For technical reasons a small residual pressure remains in the gas mixer, this escapes
when the inlet threaded fittings are undone.
Switch off gas mixer at the master switch.
Release the pilot pressure regulator.

Short interruption in work
For a short interruption in work (period <12 h) proceed as follows:
Disconnect the power supply with the master switch and shut-off the pipe to the point of use.
Mixed gas ceases to flow to the point of use.
